The following steps are how to operate crimping tool HX-50B:
- Select the die: Install the corresponding crimping die according to the terminal size.
- Adjust the tool: Some models require adjusting the crimping depth (via the knob or die position).
- Place the terminal: Insert the wire into the terminal and put the whole into the crimping jaws.
- Crimping: Hold the handle until the ratchet is automatically released to complete the crimping.
- Check: Pull the test terminal to see if it is firm and observe whether the wire is in close contact with the terminal.
